So let's sum it up. This is a big money maker and this is what you're going to get:
1. We'll transfer ownership of the two domain names (moreopened.com and moreopened.net) to you. The dot-com is for your sales & your submission forms & the dot-net for your reseller program.
2. We'll provide you with a shared SSL certificate for each domain and we'll set you up with 2 hosting packages on a shared server. The hosting packages are where we will install our scripts so you won't have access to our code or our files and there is no need for you to know any HTML because we handle it all for you.
3. We're going to install your reseller program so you can make money every time one of your resellers makes a sale. If you want to charge a monthly subscription for the service then you and your resellers can build a decent recurring revenue stream that will build with each sale made.
4. You'll be able to change the prices to anything you want and the wording can be changed as long as it still represents the service accurately. A person can't make false claims to increase their profits, it's important that ad submission companies maintain product integrity otherwise a bad reputation will be built for all ad submission companies and it's not fair to the consumer to be decieved into buying something that claims to be something it isn't.
5. You'll have a control panel to approve people after they pay you or to throw them out if they're trouble makers. Or you can skip the control panel and give the buyers instant access after they pay.
6. Your members can use our help desk and we'll provide them with prompt and polite service, but because there is a small service charge to submit a ticket you may want your own help desk installed so you can provide support to your customers, and we can do that at no charge.
7. We can set-up 4 email addresses for you (firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com or any 4 you like) and attach redirects so that when someone writes to one of your domain mail identities it will redirect their email to any email address you choose.
8. We'll provide you with no-cost support for your new business, through our help desk, to answer any questions you have regarding your submission forms, your administrator access points, or site modifications.
9. Your members won't see us at all unless they use our help desk, everything will be branded as yours. This is your business. The domains are yours, the secure hosting is yours, the website is yours, the reseller program is yours, the submission forms are yours. The submission scripts remain ours. Your members will submit "through" our scripts but they won't see our name, only yours. Our proprietary scripts are not for sale at any price, they are what sets us apart from the rest. They will be installed on your domains.
The cost is $33,200 and the payment is made via wire transfer or Zelle™ to our bank. All the information will be provided to you upon agreement to buy. The reason we don't take credit cards for this transaction is because we've had problems in the past with dishonest people doing chargebacks. It's a lot of work for us to change everything over to a new owner, just to get down the road a few months and find out we we got burned on 2 domain names, dozens of man-hours, lost all the money we were paid and had to pay a penalty for the chargeback.
